Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy. However, if you receive a broken or defective item. You can contact us. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

Item must be postmarked within Ten (10) days of the Delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original sealed packaging.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON ITEMS MADE FROM 14K GOLD, PIERCING KITS OR ANY CUSTOM ITEMS NO EXCEPTION

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, Contact us at (Monday - Friday 9am -5pm EST) with the following information:

• Your Order Number
• Item to return
• Item condition
• Why item is being returned

We will get back to you within 24 - 48 Business Hours. We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, as well as ALL major HOLIDAYS. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, A Shipping Fee of $4.75 ($6.75 for international orders) will be deducted from your store credit or a refund.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You will be notified by our Decision that your item has been approved or denied.
